Recipe for making Crepe


Ingredients :

Eggs: 3 pieces

Milk: 1 cup

Butter: a quarter cup of butter

Flour: a cup and a quarter

Vanilla: a tablespoon

3 tablespoons of sugar

pinch of salt

Powdered sugar: as desired, decorate


Instructions:

Place eggs, milk, butter, flour, vanilla, and sugar in a medium bowl and stir together.

Place a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and grease it with a little oil.

Add 1 cup of the batter, tilting the pan to coat the bottom completely and cooking until the underside of the crepe is golden brown, about 3 minutes.

Remove the edges of the crepe from the pan.

Place the crepe in a serving dish, sprinkle it with powdered sugar, and serve it directly
